The Well Therapist is a 12 week Live coaching program, with additional audio & material resources, with lifetime access to the program from your Library space. Developed by our Wellbeing Psychologist, Kathleen with insight from psychotherapists and counsellors.

I'M KATHLEEN.
Most would describe me as a mother, a wellbeing psychologist and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
From the outside I've experienced the assumption that as a therapist I should 'have it together' but it's not always been that easy. Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.
